Unfortunately we do not supply dimmers as this is more an electrical wholesalers expertise. Our speciality is globes and fittings.
Now before you jump into fitting dimmers you may need to consider the new laws which will phase out all old style incandescent light bulbs by 2010.

You may or may not be aware that it is currently extremely difficult to dim the current compact fluorescent globes sold in the Australian market today.
At the present time GE are the only manufacturer/seller of dimmable compact fluorescents in Australia. The units dont work on all types of dimmers and are larger than standard CFL bulbs so they will not fit into all fittings. They are also extremely expensive compared to other CFLs available today.
Some new style dimmable compact fluros are about to hit the Australian market which have an inbuilt dimmer which you simply flick on and off quickly which allows you to dim through three stages before returning to full brightness. This means you dont have to have a dimmer on the switch plate but these new lamps may not suit everyone due to their clumsy nature to dim!
I am not saying that technology is not changing but simply telling you what is available right here right now (or not too far away).
If you are simply after power saving globes – I would be only too happy to help! Please let me know of any size limitations in your fittings, your preferred colour (warmer or cooler white) and what base types you have in your home and I can give you some options.
Looking forward to being of service to you in the very near future.
