Shipping & Returns
Lighting Pro offers Free Shipping for all orders over $59.99 in value to anywhere in Australia. Delivery will be by either courier or Australia Post depending on your location and the physical size of the goods ordered. Unfortunately there are some post code areas due to the size and nature of some goods that we cannot send some items to in which case a full refund will offered.
- Any discount offers must be applied at time of purchase. No consideration will be given to offers requested after purchase.
- Whilst all effort is taken packaing all orders very occassionally damage does occur during transit. If you would like to insure your order against damage please select the additional $3.50 insurance option otherwise no claims will be accepted for damaged goods.
- For orders under our minimum order value a flat shipping fee rate of $12.10 applies.
- All goods are sent via courier or registered post so will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available for delivery a calling card will be left to arrange re-delivery. If this is a problem a work address may be better for delivery during normal business hours.

- Whilst we try and process all orders on the next business day occasionally delays occur. We hold hundreds of different items in stock but with over 1000 different items on offer sometimes there are issues getting stocks. In the event that stock was unavailable for any extended delay (3-4 days) you will be notified with an ETA and given the opportunity to either wait, cancel or change your order.
- Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns because you ordered the wrong product.
- All faulty goods will be credited or replaced at our discretion and may be subject to inspection.
- All goods are sent direct from the warehouse to you so order pickups are not possible.
- For Insured goods which are damaged in transit these will be replaced or refunded at our descretion.
